Beaty were also found James Davis family (wife Sarah Beaty, dau. of William Beaty) Samuel Scott family (nephew of Elizabeth (Scott) Beaty - source Jerry Scott) whose bio says he was born Tn. 1802 near KY line...m. Abigail Smith of KY......Also Daniel Prigmore, related to Benjamin Prigmore whose dau. Mary, married Joseph R. Beaty...KY>Saline Co>Henry Co.MO So here is the quandry...... This Robert Beaty probably cannot be the Robert Beaty on 1830 Cumberland Co. KY Census...shown in L2C notes as the son of William Beaty Cumb.Co. KY to Saline Co. MO 1830 Cumberland Co. KY Robert Beaty M 3 (-5) and l (20-30) F. 1 (-5) 2 (5-10) 1 (20-30) 1850 - Bates Co. MO Robert Batey (Beaty) 56 b. KY Sally 45 b. Pa Rachel 22 b. KY Mary 17 b. MO Elizabeth 12 b. MO. *In 1849 Robert married Sarah Bilderback **Other children - Joseph b. 1820 KY Sarah Wix.....gives age as 26 on 1850 census b. KY Letitia Wix.... gives age as 26 on 1850 census b. KY Looked at every page of 1840 Census for Bates Co.- then Van Buren Co. and cannot find Robt. Beaty , but cannot find his son Joseph Beaty at anytime...tho he must have lived there ...on the same land..and died there. Marlene Beaty L2C
