E. Died July 28, 1905, at age 70. Burial in Oakwood Cemetery. Survived by a son, Bob Beatty. She was the sister of E. L. Clay, once a prominent citizen of Tyler. Daily Courier, July 29, 1905. Page 163 -- Beaty, Robert Died Feb. 7, 1913 after a short illness. Age about 40. Burial in Oakwood Cemetery. He was never married, and had no immediate relatives. His mother was a sister of the late E. L. Clay. He was a well known painter. Tyler Daily Courier Times, Feb. 10, 1913. page 226 -- Baty, Mrs. W. H. Died Oct. 23, 1915 at the home of her brother, W. C. Ellison, after an illness of several months. Burial in Kendrick Cemetery, 5 miles south of Tyler. Tyler Daily Courier Times, Oct. 26, 1915, p. 4.
