    3. Is this a known lineage? Bucks co., Gazette Bristol, PA January 25, 1906 In the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County Notice to John C. Beatty, Horatio B. Beatty, Samuel Beatty, Elizabeth Bostwick, and Horatio B. Beatty, Administrator of the estate of Robert C. Beatty, deceased, and to all heirs and legal representatives of the said Robert C. Beatty, deceased, and each and every of them, and to all other persons interested in the mortgage hereinafter mentioned. You and each of you are hereby notified that at a court of Common Pleas holden at Doylestown, in and for the county of Bucks, on the first day of January A. D. 1906, Ellen McOwen presented her petition setting forth that the petitioner was the owner in fee of all that certain messuage or tenement and lot or piece of land situate on the east side of Locust Street in the Borough of Bristol aforesaid, bounded and described as follows: Containing in front or breadth on said Locust Street sixteen feet six inches and extending of that width between parallel lines at right angles to said street one hundred and twenty feet ..........(description)........north by ground late of Benjamin Hagerman, now of Patrick Farrel, and on the south by ground late of Michael O'Connell, now of Ellen McOwen, .........description.... That the said tract of land hereinbefore bounded and described appears by the record in the office of the recorder of deeds at Doylestown, in and for the county and state aforesaid, to be subject to the following mortgage, to wit: All that certain indenture of mortgage, given and executed by Hugh Greenan (then the owner of the above described premises) to Robert C. Beatty, bearing date the eighteenth day of June, A. D. 1860, and duly recorded in the office aforesaid in Mortgage Book No. 35, page 562, etc., to secure the payment of the sum of four hundred dollars, in six months from date, with lawful interest. That the land described in said mortgage is the same land hereinbefore described belonging to your petitioner and which is subject to the lien of said mortgage, and the description of the land in said mortgage contained is the same as the hereinbefore described land belonging to said petitioner. That the said Robert C. Beatty, mortgagee in said mortgage mentioned, has long since died and that the petitioner is advised, informed and believes that the names and residences of his heirs and legal representatives are as follows: John C. Beatty, Ravenna, Ohio; Horatio B. Beatty, Bristol, Pennsylvania; Samuel Beatty, Omaha, Nebraska; Elizabeth Bostwick, Bristol, Pennsylvania; and Horace B. Beatty, administrator of the estate of Robert C. Beatty, deceased, Bristol, Pennsylvania, and that your petitioner does not know and has not been able to ascertain the names and residences of any other heirs amd legal representatives of said Robert C. Beatty, deceased, if any there are or may be. That the said mortgage remains unsatisfied of record, but by reason of the lapse of time there exists a legal presumption that the said mortgage is paid. That no demand has ever been made upon the petitioner at any time, nor upon the preceding owners of the said tract of land ........ ordered and decreed ....Albert S. Paxson, High Sheriff of the county of Bucks aforesais, be and he is hereby directed to serve notice of the facts set forth in the above mentioned and hereto attached petition upon John C. Beatty, Horatio B. Beatty, Samuel Beatty, Elizabeth Bostwick, heirs of the said Robert C. Beatty, deceased, and upon Horatio B. Beatty, administrator of the estate of Robert C. Beatty, deceased, and upon all other heirs and legal representatives .......high sheriff to give public notice .....in the Bucks County Gazette .....four weeks successively prior to the then next term of said court....held 26th day of February, A.
