Page 225 (Page 361, Aug 20, 1821) JOHN BEATY ia a juror Page 271 (p 425 of Minute Book) A Deed of conveyance from Felps Read to ANDREW BEATY for two hundred acres of land was produced in open court and the execution thereof proven by the oaths of George Hoshaw and Robert Higshaw subscribing witnesses thereto, the said Robert Higshaw stating that he did not recollect the time when said deed of conveyance was executed and the said George Heshaw stating that said deed of conveyance was executed about four years ago.
