We know that she married her husband John Francis (1767-1822) in MD about 1775 and they moved to Washington County TN. Their children were John, Jr, Agnes, Daniel, Ephraim, William Cotton, and Jane. I come from Agnes who married Henry W. Jones. my great grandfather. We think that Jane (1780-1830) is connected to the Ashfordby family from NY, PA and MD. They were in the same part of MD and the name Agnes is carried through each generation. I have a great deal on that family and all the Beattys but cannot pin down Jane's parents . Luanne, I searched our master database but found no Jane's born in 1780 and none in our Lineage 001 -- the Ashfordby Line.
