The Ann Beaty I asked about would be to old to be his wife, but if you notice; "Synder Co., on the boarder of Union Co., PA. " That is where the Ann Beaty I asked about is buried, In Union Co, on the boarder of Synder Co., PA. As far as this being your James I have no idea.. but maybe someone else might..
