Amos L. Beaty is L-324 on his father's side and L-405 on his mother's side. These notes from a letter written to him by Walter Winfred Beaty. I have not found a connection between 324 & 405 with this Walter Winfred Beaty but thought the data might be useful to someone else. Excuse me if I sent this previously. Beaty, NY City, 205 Park Ave. The letter list the names of Samuel Watson Beaty and Susan Porter Beaty and their children with respective birth dates. Under the list of children are the following comments by Walter Winfred Beaty to Amos Beaty: "Look over these names and see if any of them are your Grandfather or great grandfather. I have a friend in London who visits me every year. He says there are a great many Beatys there. One of my relatives in Georgia (named Beaty) granddaughter of Robert M. Beaty advises that my great grandfather Samuel W. Beaty left a number of brothers and sisters in England, but did not say how many. It was built in 1924 and named in honor of Amos Beaty, then President of the Texas Company. The name was changed in 1937.
