Not only did you give me info on Frederick BEATTY attending Elizabeth College, but much welcomed info on his service in the Military. I knew he received a commission in the 90th Infantry as a gift on behalf of his fathers wounds incurred at the Battle of Waterloo. But I could not find out if he ever went in to the 90th and certainly did not know of his transfer to the 10th. Fredericks life has been a strong brick wall for me in our family history, but now I have something else to research and hopefully someday I will find out where he spent the rest of his life and when it ended.
