Albert Dillener to George Beaty Fayette County Deed Book 9, page 563 To all whom this may concern Now know ye that I Albert Dillener of Monongalia County and State of Virginia for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and seventy five dollars to him in hand paid by George Beaty of Nicholson Township and State of Pennsylvania at and before the sealing and delivery hereof: the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, and thereof acquit and forever discharge the said George Beaty his heirs Executors and Administrators by these presents, have remised released and forever quitclaimed and by these presents do remise release and forever quitclaim unto the said George Beaty & to his heirs and assigns, all that share or shares, dividends right title interest property claim and demand whatsoever of or in me in law or Equity or otherwise howsoever of in to or out of all that ?? or tenement plantation and tract of land, situate & lying in Nicholas Township and now occupied by George & Wm. Beaty and also all my right title interest and claim in & to my share or claim of the personal effects, now held and claimed by Mary Beaty, widow of Thos Beaty Esqr dec'd. Together with any and all of or any part or parts which might be claimed or coming to me as one of the heirs at law of the aforesaid Thos Beaty & to have and to hold all and singular the premises hereby remised & released or mentioned and intended so to be unto the said George Beaty, his heirs and assigns forever, so that neither I the said Albert Dillener and Margaret his wife nor their heirs nor any other persons or person whosoever, lawfully claiming or to claim by from under their or any of them in to or out of the above described estate and thereof shall & will be utterly excluded and forever debarred by me the said Albert Dillener from claiming any part of the same given under my hand the 31 Mar 1849 Albert Dillener Attest M.
