Hello Gerri, I bought the book last week in Richmond at the NGS conference. Dr. Pruitt was there with a booth and had many of his books with TN, SC and NC land info. TN Land Warrants Volume 4 is in 3 parts, soft cover and has 491 pages crammed with info.
