    1. [BP2000] Old land record
    2. Donna VanZandt
    3. Can anyone explain to me why this land would be included in this book (Augusta co., VA). I know I am not understanding something. This is the father of L-103 Benjamin. According to L-78 the Walter of the will below is the father of Samuel. Could there be a reason Walter did not name his 7 yr old grandson, Benj. but just 3 granddau's? There is no doubt Samuel is the father of Benj. but just uncertain if Walter is the father of Samuel and why PA land would be included in VA land records. Could it just be a place of residence for Samuel?
