Yellow Breeches Creek dated 4 Feb 1737 143 Beaty, James Survey 400 Acres Pennsboro Twp on N.S. Yellow Breeches Creek dated 4 Feb 1737 Note: There is an identical 25 marker DNA match between a James Beaty and Francis Beaty "The Surveyor" and this is the first time that they have had documentation showing them located very close together. I have had documentation for James being located on the yellow Breeches Creek but we did not have any info for Francis "The Surveyor" actually located there also until now unless I am mistaken.
