All, I'm looking for a lineage in which the earliest known ancestor was John Beatty of Bourbon County, Kentucky. His son, David L.Beatty was born 3 Dec 1798 and died 21 Feb 1881 Louisville, Kentucky. He was Mayor of Louisville at one time. According to Wikipedia, "David L. Beatty (December 3, 1798 – February 21, 1881) was the fifth Mayor of Louisville, Kentucky serving from 1841 to 1844. He was born to early settlers in Bourbon County, Kentucky and raised by his grandparents in Jefferson County, Kentucky." I don't know who his grandparents were. Anybody recognize this family?
