Pauline Beatrice Beatty, age 88 of New Milford, passed away on Thursday, August 12, 2010 at New Milford Hospital. Miss Beatty was born in New Milford on July 20, 1922, daughter of the late Sylvester L. and Rose Bennett Beatty. She was a supervisor with the SNET Company in New Milford for many years, retiring in 1983. Miss Beatty is survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, grand-nieces and grand-nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Rebecca Porro. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, August 16, 2010 at 1 p.m. in the Lillis Funeral Home, 58 Bridge Street, New Milford. Burial will follow at Center Cemetery, New Milford. Friends may call on Sunday, August 15, from 5 to 8 p.m. in the Lillis Funeral Home. Contributions in her memory may be made to Disabled Veterans or Habitat for Humanity.
