    3. Hi Betty, Normally Mike Allen assigns new lineage numbers. Did he assign yours? I would have hoped you were part of L-05 - mine, guess that's not our genetic connection. 3. Hi Nelda! Yeah. Finding each other in Beattyville was a good hope, but so far, no jackpot! I keep wondering if there is some mistake in recording Martha Beatty's info. -- some error in location of birth or something... I searched on "Martha" in all the online Beatty info, and came up with two that were born in the right time frame -- both of them b in PA. But the Ohio Census clearly states that she was born in VA. No Marthas in the right time period showed up in Monongalia Co. where the Martins were from... And I have Martha and John marrying in Ohio in 1821, and that she moved there in 1817 -- so they probably met in Ohio. *sigh* That's one reason I posted so much info -- hoping someone would recognize the family she married into, or where she lived as an adult, or where she was buried, or something... And, a girl can keep on dreaming!
