On my grandmother's side of the family,I have found Mary "Polly" Beatty born about 1713 in Maryland or Virginia and Mary was married to either Richard Bennett III or IV born about 1709 or 1713 in North Carolina. Richard and Mary had a daughter named Sarah Bennett born about 1737. Sarah Bennett is the mother of Laodicea "Dicey" Langston. Does anyone have any information on Mary "Polly" Beatty? My grandfather is William Gunter Beatty (1904-1977) so I am in lineage 283 on my father's side. Kathryn Beatty Goodwin
