It must be near Frederick, MD because that is this recent paper: "There's just too much focus on shopping during the holidays, said Allen Martin of Shepherdsburg, Pa., who was browsing Tuesday at Tropical Supermarket in Frederick. " Another old paper says Shepherdsburg and shepherdstown are the same. shepherdstown is in Jefferson co., WV Thanks all for the help. I guess we know the general area. D
