    3. This is an interesting old deed. Anyone know who it is? Donna L-3 Cecil co., MD Land Records (excerpts) 5-203 (DVZ) Walter Betty from William Pollock & wife (5-203) This indenture made 2 April 1736 between William Pollock of Cecil co., MD, cordwinder, of the first part & Walter Betty, late of the Kingdom of Ireland, blacksmith on the other part. William Pollock and Margaret his wife for 37 pounds 10 shillings current money of Pennsylvania sell to Walter Betty 80 acres of land, part of a tract called Moyn whereon David Alexander now dwelleth. Land description marked maple on the west bank of christiana creek,.........land of James & Moses Alexander......
