    3. Karen, Yes and No, they need to read the website and contact Mike Allen, I think it is.. Because they have to agree not to give away other people's data.. Let me try to explain better.. I would refer some one to this list or to you if I was asked for Beatty information I knew was your lineage instead of just giving it to them.. and I'd insure that research done by someone else had that person listed as the researcher, and not clam to have done the research myself.. After that yes I help them join the mailing list as the mailing list admin... But the website is where they start...Our two websites the one for this mailing list and the one for the Beatty YDNA project are listed at the bottom of each email... nelda My websites : http://freepages.folklore.rootsweb.com/~bonsteinandgilpin/ ---------------------------------------- > From: kmeng@charter.net > To: bp2000@rootsweb.com > Date: Sun, 20 Jun 2010 21:40:43 -0500 > Subject: Re: [BP2000] Ancestry possible errors, Line 6 > > Thanks, Nelda. 3. Thanks for the explanation. I have one friend whose husband descends from Steven Rutledge Beaty in Ohio, but I can't talk her into joining. Now that she is retired, I'll try again.
