    3. I feel better. I did post this: Donna L-3 From: "Donna VanZandt" <donavan@netins.net> To: "BP2000" <BP2000-L@rootsweb.com> Subject: [BP2000] Jas & Esther Beatty Date: Thursday, February 08, 2007 11:11 AM I am entering the info on James and Esther Beaty and descendants posted last week. They were born in NC. The more I work on it the more I wonder if this is their marriage: Beatey, James-Owin, Esther Aug 25, 1803-this one? Mecklenburg Owen, William-Beaty, Esther Feb 25, 1799 Is this her father? 1800 Meck co., NC James Owens 02101-02001 previous household: John Beaty 12101-02001 or the John Beaty on the next page. Are there any NC researchers that can prove or disprove it? Do we have any info on this John Beaty? By the 1810 census Jas and Esther are in TN and show up on the 1820 smith co., TN with their 2 children Mary born cir 1806 TN and James born 1805-1810. 1820 United States Federal Census about James Batey 010010-01011 Name: James Batey Township: Not Stated County: Smith State: Tennessee 1 male 10-15 1 male aged 26-45 (James aged 38) 1 f 10-16 (Mary aged 14) 1 f 26-45 (Esther aged 36) 1 f 45 and up (unknown) Let me know if you want a copy of this file when I am done. 3. Donna, So, are you going to submit this lineage to Mike Allen for assignment of a lineage number? I don't believe posting the lineage with an email on BP-2000 is the same thing. Les Beaty, L-20
