She was possibly from the Hampden or Kenduskeag area of Maine, and married George Hamlin Stetson sl. before 1872 (the date Nellie M. Stetson was born). There were, in Maine, David T, Benjamin, Charles E (who had 13 ch.) and Franklin J., all born at an appropriate time to be her father, and of whom I know nothing more. I found their names on one of your member's site.) There may be more Maine candidate families also. She may have had another given name. She may be listed as an unknown dau. as she probably disgraced her family by running away with another man after having three children by her first marriage listed above.
