I have been tracing the Boynton line for my mother-in-law. My mother-in-law always heard stories that her ancestors were from England. I had started to poke around a bit and traced the entire line back. My daughter is the 11th generation from John Boynton. If anyone shares this line at any point, I'd love to hear from you.
