Searching for more info on Hugh BOYLE. All I know for sure about him is that he married Sarah BOYLE in St. Jerome's Church in Tamaqua in 1854, and that they had a son Philip in April 1855. He moved to Williamsport, Lycoming, PA and is in the 1860 and 1870 census there, and the 1880 census in Caldwell county Texas. His family: Hugh Boyle (b. abt. 1834) Sarah Boyle (b. abt. 1836) Philip (b. 1855) Katie (b. abt.1859) Sarah Jane (b. abt. 1863) Margaret (b. abt. 1864) Cecilia (b. 1865) married John J. Cavanaugh Agnes Ellen (b. 1866) married Hugh Ormond, Frank Eugene Tuttle Michael Joseph (b. 1867) Mary (1869) married John P. Kelly John (b. 1871) Rosie (b. 1873) married John Hughes Charles Hugh (b. 1876) Hugh and his wife Sarah were born in Ireland; all of his children after Philip were born in Williamsport, PA. Most of them went to Texas in about 1877 and ended up in the San Antonio area. What I am speculating: There is a Philip BOYLE family in the 1850 census in Tamaqua, with a son Hugh, age 15. I would like to think this is my Hugh, but need a bit more confirmation.
