Family verbage says he was born in Killarney, Ireland about 04 March 1797. The first documents I can find are his marriage in St. Philip Neri Catholic Church in Dungannon, Ohio in 1846, to a Mary McCann. By the 1850 census, he appears in Wisconsin, Brown County, Lansing Township, which subsequently was reassigned to Outagamie County, where he continued to appear in the censuses of 1860, 1870, 1880, etc. He stayed in Wisconsin, and is buried, dying 21 Dec 1891 according to the tombstone.
