Hi Moira, I had a grandfather named Thomas who lived in NYC and had 3 sons: Charles Edward, George Thomas (my Dad) and Joseph. He was married to Josephine Delaney and died before I was born in 1943. All the sons are dead and I didn't become interested in genealogy until after my Dad died so I don't have many clues. I know that Thomas had family in Pennsylvania. A sister, I think, who married a Riley and had several children -- one of whom, Sister Josephus, is/was an IHM nun. Ring any bells with you. Let me know. Also, I seem to remember Roscommon as a place of importance but can't get a handle on it. Michelle.
