Emma Manor of Mansk is just north of Gettsburg. About 5 or so, I think. From memory it was founded in about 1729 under Captain Hans Hamilton with a about 130 families to stop Lord Baltimore "pushing" or "claiming" the southern part of PA. This is the family of William Boyd of Scott Lee Boyd's book of 1934.
