(Note this is a Reprint of the 1884 ed. published by Inter-state Pub. Co., Chicago, under title: History of Wayne County, Indiana. Note "Pages 17 through 348, Northwest Territory & Indiana history in original book are omitted to reduce selling price.") For a few decades, I have maintained a list of Books on Boyd families. I have not added to this list in some time. During my June 2013 trip to the USA, I obtained a list of 126 books at the Allen County Public Library, fort Wayne and the further list of about 30-40 books in the US Library of Congress. When I get some time in the New Year, I will have to add these books to the above list. SO IF YOU KNOW OF ANY BOOK CONCERNING A WHOLE BOYD BRANCH or A publication THAT MIGHT ONLY HAVE A FEW PAGES on a individual family BRANCH, could you please let me know so that I can add it to the above list. Just remember, while a few of these books say they represent the whole Boyd family, they do not. Most will only look at individual Branches even if they might cover up to 10 generations of that individual family. Thank you Mike Boyd Historical Committee, HBS
