In 1989 i corresponded with the Archivist at Montgomery Co. Historical Society in Montgomery Co., MD.  AT the time I was also looking for my gggrandfather John Jennings who married Ruth Boyd.  The Archarist informed me that Susanna Boyd lived next door to John Jennings.  I found Susanna also on 1790 and1800 MD Census. The area she said was where the present day "Manor Country Club"is.This is located near Rt 28 and Norbeck Rd. near Rockville, MD. I visited there about 10 years ago and tried to find a cemetery on the property as the Archivist said they would have been buried on their property. ( Could be possible someone would know this info, but I couldn't find it.)  Seems likely that the John Boyd of Montgomery County may live on area of the land mentioned by Barry Boyd and part of Amphill Grange. Also the John Boyd of Shenandoah Co., now Warren Co., lived just a mile from the Jennings family and cemetery at Browntown,VA.  Did I send you photos of the cemetery at Browntown,VA that I took from the road and also the old Boyd home.  (They had two).  Also sons in Civil War.  I have some other info on this and will try to get it to you soon.
