List, In this age, I think the best way to treat all documents going forward is digital JPEG files of photographs. Take good quality Photos. Cameras are cheap now. Photos can be saved, passed around, and stored in multiple places. There are documents from Boyd history that we rely so much on yet none of us have ever seen that it would be so enlightening to see the page that surrounds the snippet of info we seek, to zoom in and out of words and correct past incorrect transliterations. This might also be a solution for Phyllis, Mike , and others like them (imaging if we had photographs of Mrs. Lawhon's life work for instance).
