I am trying to find the family of Mary Boyd, who was the daughter of William Boyd – we assume of the Ballyhalbert area of Ards Peninsular – who in about 1754 or 1755 married James Boyd of Ballyhalbert, as his second wife. James Boyd and Mary Boyd had their first child at sea on the Atlantic and called her Sea Born Agnes Boyd, b 23/9/1756. This Agnes later married Richard Hudson, in Newburgh, N .Y.. I am trying to find out which Boyd family this William Boyd came form in the Ards Peninsular. Thank you Mike Boyd
