Karen Of the 5 sons of George and Isabella Boyd only their second son George stayed in PA. It would seem from the notes below that Patrick and John Boyd stayed on the Dan River and the two younger brother - James and Robert - moved to Granville Co., NC. During my trip I was told that they were near the NC/VA border, so that when the tax colllectors came they could claim to be in the other State. (True Scotsmen).
