Are there any Boyds or Boyd descendants on either list from the Townland of Islandmagee or the Parish of Islandmagee, opposite Larne. I have seen Boyds listed in Larne in the 1600’s, but I am not sure if they were merchants, ministers, tradespeople, while at Islandmagee I expect that they would be farmers. Mike Boyd
