Nashville TN is in Davidson County. Quite a number of Boyds went to Davidson Co., TN including with the Donalson Party in 1780. For Williamson County, TN I have at least 4 separate Boyd families - A Branch from George & Isabella Boyd's family; a Branch from Linda Lawhon's family of Iredell Co., NC; a Branch form the Boyds of Sadsbury Twp, Chester Co., PA - who had a William Boyd whose son Col Marcus Boyd went to Green County, MO and the family of James Boyd and Nancy Gentry.
