Having done some research at the Sweetwater Library, I came across this in one of the historical books: "A reservation reserved by ISAAC VANN in 1819 on Sweetwater Creek was sold to THOMAS BUNCH, HUGH BOYD, ARMSTEAD BEBER and ROBERT SNEAD in 1831 for the sum of $2000.
