    3. I could not find any "Ealton (Eafton? Eatton?) Glen " around the New Abbey area. It sounds like it is in the Hills and not on the coast. Would any of our Scottish cousins any idea where this place might be? 3. I downloaded the photo and enlarged it. I believe it is Easton Glen. Easton is spelled with the old style s that resembled an f. I could not find an Easton Glen but that could be the name of a farm or a house. There is also some famous burials at Sweetheart Abbey: John de Baliol and Devorguilla de Galloway the parents of John Balliol, who was crowned King of Scotland on November 30, 1292. I guess old Mungo was buried in good company. There are also several members of Ancestry.com who have Mungo Boyd in their trees.
