I have a fairly good grasp of my family up to the above John L. He was married to Elizabeth Lester b1801 Cumberland County, KY abt.1820. John L was possibly the son of William Boyd b abt. 1778 VA. Wm was married on 29 Sept 1800 to Susanna Moody b1788. Further Wm is alleged to be the son of James Boyd b abt. 1735 in Scotland. James was married to Mildred Moody? b1730 Va. Mildred died 1812 in Cobb County GA and is supposedly buried in Mars Hill Cemetary. Anyone? Anything? Thank you, Thomas C Boyd
