Thanks Phyllis The death toll was low compared with those in other countries experiencing various natural world disasters over the past 12 months. Some of our Asian neighbours, and Haiti, etc have had some enormous numbers of fatalities and millions are still homeless. Special thanks to some of the U.S. teams who have come out to help deal with the unprecedented floods and bushfires in Australia and to this latest disaster in New Zealand. We appreciate the extra burden on their families who are deprived of their support for several weeks. We can but pray for them to be successful.
