According to Randolph's death certificate on Family Search he was born 14 Feb 1863 in Wesley, Arkansas. His father was Allison Boyd. Randolph died May 17, 1935 in Alton, Madison, Illinois. He is buried in Oakwood Cemetery, Alton, Madison, Illinois.
