Yes. There were at least four branches of Presbyterian establishing churches: Church of Scotland, Presbyterian Church N.IRE, and then the Associate Presby and Reformed (these two branches broke from the CoS as a protest, among which included the Church-State and piety). If you are looking at the Marsh Creek area around current day Gettysburg, Upper Marsh Creek is current day Gettysburg PCUSA, Lower Marsh Creek still exists as it was founded. These were Ulster-Scot congregations, and mainline. Then there was an Assosciate and a Reformed congregation in the area. They merged into the mainline congregations back in the 40s or 50s, I think. The Presbyterian Historical Society in Philadelphia is the national archive and has the originals records for all congregations, including these two and this denominations that merged through unions. Their website has an online catalogue search and can provide a taste if what is archived... and are willing to do simple searches.
