I have just gone and booked my tickets for April and the return trip. On the way home I will be landing in Auckland New Zealand at 5.30 am on Thursday 12 May 2011. I know that there are quite a number of Boyd researchers in Auckland the area around it. So could I get someone )or a group of people) to organise an meeting for me on Thursday evening - say 5 or 6 pm please. I have not booked a motel or Hotel yet, but if someone can suggest some inexpensive accommodation for on the Thursday 14 May, I would be most grateful. This will allow me to tell our New Zealand cousin many of the 900 year old history of Clan Boyd which I have collected over the last 7 years of making trips to Scotland.
