Some time back I wrote: I have D. Bettie Ann BOWLING b June 20, 1866 in TN d January 1, 1939, buried Sumner Co., TN, marrying John Peter SHIRRELL January 8, 1890 also in Sumner Co. Her date of death is new information to me, so I've not obtained her death certificate yet. Would this name be familiar to anyone else researching this line? Now I'm adding: ... Bettie Ann's death certificate lists her mother as Rosa Ann BOWLING (b in VA) - father unknown. Would anyone have a BOWLING marrying a Rosa Ann (Unknown) in TN in the 1800's? Thanks for any help!
