Bernadine Teague Deed Book 4 pg. 379 Barnibas Bowland sold to Sarah Silas NW1/4 S17 T11 R10 containing 159 74/100 acres for $80, Jan. 1, 1845. Deed Book 6 pg. 179 William Boland & Anna Catherine his wife sold to S.E. Church (Methodist). William Boland, Joseph Livingston, Thomas Emberson, Wilie Betts and Matuna Wall, trustees. T11 R8 S18 and the NE1/4 and at the NW corner of said quarter in Trust for the Methodist E. Church. For $37.50, Nov. 22, 1845. Deed Book 7 pg. 284 Robert Bolen and Jane his wife, sold to William Priddy for $800 East of the Chickasaw Meridian. Oct. 8, 1849. Jane Bolen signed her dower rights with her mark.
