Will of EDMUND BOLING Greene Co TN 17 Sep 1834 (not proved) >From Feb 1970 copy BR-1, p. 124 Greene Co TN State of Tennessee Green County In the name of god amen - I Edmund Boling Snr of County of green and State of Tennessee being of sound mind & memory Blessed be god & calling to mind the Certainty of Death and the uncertainty of life and being desirous to distribute my worley substance amongst my heirs on this 17 day of September 1834, I make this my Last will and testament in manner and form following, first I resign my body to the dust and my soule to god that gave it me. 2 that my Burial Expenses be paid. thirdly that all my just debts be punctually paid out of my Estate & fourthly my will is that my wife POLLEY BOLING have my plantation where on we now live with all my stock and moveable Estate at her own disposal to raise and school my Children on untill my sun WILLIAM C.
