I am searching for a 2nd cousin, Joel R. Bowling, in hopes he can help me in the family research. Another cousin told me that his parents, Agnes and Joe, called him Bobby Joe when he was little, and that he is living in California. Paltry information, I know, but I have been at a brick wall for so long on this CA branch of the family. As far as leads are concerned I am reduced to slim pickin's. Does anyone know this cousin of mine?
