I Samuel Bolling of the State of South Carolina, Laurance District, living on Readi River, planter being in health of body and of sound mind memory and understanding, priased by God for the same. Ido make this my last will and testament in manner and form following. I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Abi Bolling the house and plantation where I now live, during her widowhood or natural life. And then at her death the land is to be divided equally between my two youngest sons Samuel Bolling and Thornberry Bolling, also a good horse, bridle, and saddle, and feather bed and furniture, cow and calf each. And also my two youngest daughters Lucinda Bolling and Polly Bolling a good horse, bridle, and saddle, and feather bed and furniture, cow and calf each. And to my son John Bolling feather bed and furniture, cow and calf. And after my lawful debts is paid the remainder of my estate to remain in my wife Abi Bolling hands till death. I Thornberry Bolling of the State of S.C. and Laurens District, being in a low state of health but of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding, do make and declare this to be my last will and testament in manner and form following, that is to say. After my lawful debts is paid my will and desire is that all the balance of my estate both real and personal be and remain in the hands of my mother Abigail Bolling during her lifetime, and at her death, to be distributed as follows. That is to Thornberry Bolling (son of Samuel Bollng) my share and interest in the Fork School Library Society and one hundred dollars in cash to Samuel Perrett (son of Alfor Perrett) one hundred dollars in cash. To Samuel Bolling son of John Bolling my share and interest in the land same John Bolling lives on, laying in the State of Alabama.
