William was left land on Boling Creek in Pittsylvania Co VA. Isham Edwards was a witness. Is this family of interest to anyone? I do not know it - just searching for my line. I am interested because Edmund Bolen was in 1810 tax list of Grainger Co TN (see same page Todd's book). My Alexander Bowling was in Grainger Co TN 1804-5 tax list. Later some Goin-Bowling marriages are in Grainger Co TN. I wonder if there is a connection with my Alexander Bowling's line. There was a Rev. War soldier Edmond Boling (b. ca 1760 - see p. 45 of Todd's book) in Greene Co TN m. 1817 to Polly Bryant. Had 6 young sons named in his will. Was this the EDMUND, son-in-law of Shadrack GOIN?
