They had a son Benjamin Boles Hicks born about 1797 in Va. Married a Jane McBain about 1824. Their son Benjamin Franklin Hicks was born 16 Feb 1831 in Meigs County, Ohio. Her husband appears to have died earlier and is, at this point, unknown. Mary Ann Null and I have done quite a bit of research on this line trying to tie it back to one of the Virginia Bowles lines.
