Your previous information came from a book called Hanover County Chancery Wills and Notes pg 135. Did you also see the information on page 55 Eubank & Others vs. Tinsley, 1836 (14) It says Bubank but I think this was a typo. Eubank, Thomas Sr., of Hanover, wife dec'd on 31 October 1825, conveyed real and personal property to his children: Royal H. Eubank Julia Ann Eubank Sarah Eubank, under 21 Thomas Eubank, Jr. under 21 James Eubank under 21 William Eubank under 21 Peter Eubank under 21 John Eubank under 21 Reuben Bassett Eubank under 21 George W. Eubank, under 21 Samuel H. Tinsley purchased land of Thomas Eubank, Sr. Witnesses: James F. Huffman, Richard Davis, James McDowell, and Phillip B. Jones. Deposition of John W. Bowles, other witnesses were Nathan Hanes, Fendall Ragland and George B. Hanes in 1825, Hector Davis of Taylorsville, Attorney at Law in 1842. If you have any information on Thomas or Reuben it would be greatly appreciated. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
