N. W. Colburn, Mr. Alexander Kenney, of Newport, Ky., to Miss Eliza Ross, of Maria Forge, Blair county, Pa. On Monday evening, June 18th, 1864, in Williamsburg, by Rev. W. J. Spencer, Mr. John W. Swartz to Miss Josephine Plowman, of Altoona. DIED Fell asleep in Jesus, June 9th, Isabella J. Halfpenny, aged 17 years and nine months. Also, June 12th, Lydia P. Hunter, relict of David Hunter, aged 72 years and 3 months, daughter of Col. John and Mary Halfpenny of Bell's Mills, Blair county, Pa. At the residence of his father, in Altoona, on the 15th inst., James G. Humes, aged 25 years, 6 months and 24 days. In this place, on the 17th inst., William Henry, child of Samuel and Eliza Pollet, aged 2 years, 8 months and 14 days. DRAFT-On Monday the 11th inst., another draft was made for this county, to fill the deficiency growing out of exemptions in the last draft, which was only for the net number required. This time 100 per cent extra have been drafted to meet the exemptions.
