Father alive, mother dead. Page 60: CARVER, Willie. 20 Oct 1914. Age 74 (maybe 24?) Condition has existed about one month, his relatives watching him. Married, religious mania. Has 2 mules, 1 horse, one milk cow, three hogs, but not sufficient to support his family. Father unknown, mother dead. Violent - has not changed. Religious trouble. Handwriting very difficult to read. Page 62: SETTLES, Luther. 22 Oct 1914. Age 60. Condition has existed about 2 months, inclined to be despondent. Single. Brother is insane.
